- Why is the fridge and /or freezer not cold?

- Why are there dark / black spots on my clothes after the washing cycle is completed?
It could be detergent / fabric softener or too much of either product that if washing in cold water continuously has not broken down properly and caused a build-up, washing in warm or hot water occasionally will assist but you may need a technician to clean your washing machine to get rid of the initial build up between the bowls. - Why is our kitchenware still dirty when the dishwasher cycle has finished?
We recommend always using a separate powder and separate rinse aid with all brands of dishwashers, we find they have better cleaning results. If using both powder and rinse aid separately and your items are still dirty, there are varying reasons as to why your dishwasher may not be working to its optimum level. We can help but will need to determine the fault firstly by booking a technician to diagnose.
- Why the dryer is not drying the clothes?
Most repairs with a dryer are minimal so before replacing your dryer with a new one, have it diagnosed by our technicians as it may save you a few hundred dollars that you did not need to pay out.
- Why is my oven not heating up?
There are a few different reasons as to why your oven has stopped producing heat, please phone us to discuss on 9623 3088.
- Our electric cooktop cannot adjust the temperature, element goes straight to high and won’t turn down. Why does this happen?
This is a really common fault with electric cook tops, most commonly it’s a switch issue but can also be the element and/or wiring, best to have our technician out to inspect your cook top and make a diagnosis.
- Do you offer warranty on your repairs?
Yes we do offer warranty on our workmanship and when parts are fitted to your appliance they come with the manufacturer’s warranty eg. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. For your records, the technician will write you a handwritten invoice with our Logo, ABN and invoice number – we ask that you retain this for future reference.
- What are payment options for in home appliance repairs?
Our technicians accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard as payment prior to the technician leaving your premises. The technicians carry portable EFTPOS machines for our customer’s convenience. If paying with either EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard you will also be given your EFTPOS terminal receipt along with your handwritten invoice.
- What is the address of your business?
As we do not operate from a shop front, we do not advertise an address. Please note, we are a mobile repair business and our intention is to repair your appliance, all repairs are completed in your home.
